Wow! It seems that we have had a visit from America!! Is it a family member or friend of anyone in our class?? x
I think it might be my cousin in Philadelphia. My mum told them to look at our blog.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our site. Congratulations! We have heard that you are getting engaged.
We have a few questions that we would like to ask you…
Have you ever been up the Statue of Liberty?
Have you ever been to Philadelphia?
Have you heard the Alicia Keyes song – Empire State of Mind?
Have you ever done the New York marathon?
Hope to hear from you soon…

Hi Nigel and Kathy,
Thanks for taking the time to get in touch.
We have a few questions for you…
Do you have any pets?
Have you seen the Michigan humane society?
How many parts of Michigan have you been to?
Are there any mountains nearby?
How many states in America have you visited?
Did you have alot of snow where you live?
We look forward to hearing from you…

Hi 5JW,
Thank you for the congratulations! I am getting married on May 29th. I am very excited!
I have been to the Statue of Liberty, though not recently. I have also been to Philadelphia – I went there a few years ago to see Manchester United on their U.S.A. tour!
I am familiar with the Alicia Keyes song, and I like it very much – it is true, the lights here are inspiring!
I’ve never done the New York Marathon – I don’t think I have the energy now, but maybe someday.
